Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what IvyHabits collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
Account information you give us: your name, email, and whether you're a student or a parent.
Purchase records: which products you've bought and basic transaction details. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, we never see or store full card numbers.
Product usage: for the course, which lessons you've completed and where you left off, so we can save your progress.
Waitlist and contact submissions you choose to send us.
How we use it
To create your account and give you lifetime access to what you've purchased.
To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, password resets, cohort reminders).
To respond to your questions and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information.
Students and parents
IvyHabits is designed for students in grades 8-12. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, please use IvyHabits with a parent or guardian, and have them create or approve the account.
Parents may contact us at any time to review or delete a child's information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the service, for example, a payment processor, an email provider, hosting, and a database. They only process data on our behalf and under contract.
Your choices
You can update your profile or request deletion of your account by emailing us.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
