The habits
Ivy League students
build in high school.
Ivy League students aren't just smarter, they run better systems. IvyHabits hands you the exact free habits and tools I used to build them in high school, on your phone, your laptop, your calendar, and your studying.
One-time purchase · Lifetime access · Not admissions consulting

Why it's so hard
You don't need more willpower. You're just outgunned.
Every time you sit down to work, you're up against apps built by thousands of the smartest people alive, engineered to keep you scrolling. Willpower was never going to win that fight alone. A system can.

What IvyHabits is
The tools and rules I actually used, not a shortcut to getting in.
Not admissions help. Not motivation quotes. The specific free setup for your phone, laptop, calendar, and studying, and how to put it in place. Here's exactly what's in, and what isn't.
What it is
- Getting your phone out of your own way
- Shutting down the laptop distractions nobody talks about
- Handling social media without deleting your whole life
- Running your calendar so it keeps you on track
- A study method that actually sticks
- A full kit of free tools, set up and linked
What it isn't
- College admissions consulting
- Ivy League admissions coaching
- Essay writing or editing
- Application or activity-list review
- SAT / ACT prep
- Subject tutoring
The one idea underneath it all
You can't out-willpower your phone.
So don't try. Stack enough free friction that distraction becomes the harder choice, then let your own motivation carry the rest. That's the whole system, in four beliefs.
You're not lazy, you're outgunned
Every app is built by teams of experts, engineered to take your attention. Losing to it isn't a character flaw. It's the design working exactly as intended.
Stack your protection
You can't out-willpower your phone, so you don't try. You stack small, free barriers between you and the distraction, until, by the time you'd reach for it, you've already caught yourself.
The tools don't save you
They just lower the friction of the right move and raise it for the wrong one. The motivation to stay locked in is still yours. That's the honest part, and it's the whole point.
Everything is free
Every tool in the system costs nothing. No trials, no upsells. The only thing you pay for is the guide that puts it all together.
What's inside

“None of it came from willpower. You can't out-willpower your phone. So I stopped trying, stacked free friction until distraction was the harder choice, and let my own motivation do the rest.”

Why I built this
I'm handing you the setup, not selling you the outcome.
In high school I was Student Body President, built a civic tool that partnered with the White House, co-hosted a sports podcast past 100,000 listens, ran Model UN and Debate, and played lacrosse, all while keeping my grades up. People assumed I was busy or lucky. The truth is more useful: I ran a few free systems, on repeat. Before you take habit advice from anyone, it's fair to ask what it carried.

Still unsure? Reach out anytime. I read everything.
Is this about getting into the Ivy League?
The name is literal: these are the habits Ivy League students build in high school. But it isn't admissions help, no essays, no application review, no test prep. It's the free system for managing your phone, laptop, social media, calendar, and studying, the habits behind the outcomes, not a shortcut to any one school.
Who is this for?
Students in grades 8-12 who know they could be doing more but keep losing to their phone and their tabs. And parents who'd rather invest in a system than another test-prep course. If you've ever handed a teenager a copy of Atomic Habits, this is built for exactly that.
Can't I just try harder?
Trying harder works right up until the moment you don't feel like it, and your phone is designed for that exact moment. The system isn't about more willpower. It's about stacking enough free friction that the right move becomes the easy one.
Do I have to pay for the tools?
No. Every tool in the system is free. What you pay for is knowing which ones, and exactly how to set each one up.
Is everything a one-time purchase?
Yes. Every product is a single payment with lifetime access. No subscriptions, no monthly billing. Buy it once, keep it forever, log back in anytime.
How fast will I see results?
You can set up the first module, your phone, in an afternoon. The 30-day plan installs one piece a week so you don't quit by Thursday.
What if it's not for me?
Email arsh@ivyhabits.com and tell me what isn't landing, and I'll do my best to make sure you get the most out of what you bought.
